Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.

What you’ll need 

1. A candle
2. A small bowl of water
3. A small empty bowl
4. Sea Salt
5. Incense
6. Smudge (rosemary, cedar, sage or palo santo)
7. Optional: Garlic, Rosemary, Anise                                        
   1. Optional: Crystals
   2. A piece of paper, and a black ink pen
